You Are Responsible For Reading This Policy Before Booking Your Appointment!
DEPOSIT
A Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable $25 deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total. Once you book your services online and pay the booking fee, it's non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours you will be considered as a No Call, No Show. No Call, No Show appointment will be subject to a penalty charge to the credit card on file.
PAYMENT
Please bring the remaining balance in CASH or ZELLE! I do not accept credit cards, debit cards, cash app, or any other form of payment. I accept CASH and ZELLE ONLY. No Call, No Show appointment will be subject to a penalty charge of the to the credit card on file.
Hair Extension Knowledge
‣ 3 or more bundles are required for all extension services. (Additional bundles are an add-on) No extensions are NOT included in any of the services. You must bring your own extensions. Please text 404-590-6470 for a hair recommendation list if you are not sure where to purchase hair!
‣ Straight hair extensions do not hold body. They will not hold curls the same as textured hair, such as body wave extensions.
‣ You will always double up on your longest bundle length. Ex. 18',20',22',22', / 20',22',24",24" / 24',26',28",28"
‣ Hair quality is Important! I will not install poor-quality hair or hair that will not achieve the desired look. The satisfaction of your service and the satisfaction I have for my work matters!
‣ Please be very conscious of Lace & wig dimensions/sizing when purchasing extensions for your appointment.
‣ If your natural hairline is low and you do not have 2" of space between your eyebrows, I will cancel your appointment. ( FRONTAL ONLY). I recommend HD lace ONLY. Keep in mind, the thinner the lace, the better it will melt into your skin! If your installation includes Lace, please avoid purchasing a “Transparent Lace” if the lace is thick or does not match your complexion. Please make sure the Lace is not darker or lighter than the skin tone on your forehead. If the Lace is darker or lighter than your skin tone, I will cancel the appointment.
COLOR SERVICE
For coloring services, you must drop your extensions, Lace, wig & ALL HAIR off 5 DAYS before your appointment. *Note: Quality of hair is important! All extensions will not color the same and some extensions will not color at all.
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after booking your appointment that will tell you the time & date. Location for your appointment will be sent 24-48hrs before your appointment. A reply is required to confirm the appointment. In the confirmation email, you will be able to click on a button where you can cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please remember that you are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your appointment.
Frontals, Wigs & closures need to be dropped off 3 BUSINESS DAYS before your appointment. If you bring your extensions to be serviced on the day of your appointment, or less than the number of days required, an additional $75 will be added to your total. Please make sure your extensions are clean, dry, and free from thread, product, and tangles. $25 will be added to your total for bundles that need to be cleaned and/or detangled. Your natural hair MUST be tangle-free & free of products before your service or $45 will be added to your total for your hair to be properly detangled before your service is started this will block off more time that is needed for your service.
Please be courteous of others' & my time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time taking into consideration traffic, accidents & weather. There is a 15 min grace period and it is not void due to anything stated above. $20 will be added to your total. After the 15 minutes, will be considered a No Call, No Show appointment which will be subject to a penalty charge to the credit card on file. Be mindful of the fact that my schedule can be thrown off by clients for various reasons so please DO NOT book your appointment on a day when you know time is a concern.

Pictures & videos will be taken for social media purposes only, so please be picture ready!
Please consult with me before removing installs, especially if you are unsure about how to remove your install! I am not responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after you leave your appointment! No extra guests are allowed at your scheduled appointment time and that includes children. Due to limited space, once again do not bring additional guests to sit with you. They will be asked to leave.
